Getting Started with Fluid Mechanics is as easy as 1-2-3! Each trial session is designed to determine your swimmer's individual needs, and includes a private evaluation and consultation both in-water and virtually.
Life-like avatars educate swimmers about the foundation of high-performance technique. The workbook illustrates the body’s skeletal anatomy and showcases ideal swimming techniques that maximize power and energy efficiency. These techniques will help your swimmer conserve energy by reducing water resistance and maximizing propulsive force.
In a brief virtual meeting with one of our FM Experts, you and your swimmer will have the opportunity to discuss the history of their swimming career. You’ll have an opportunity to share current times, seasonal progress, and any current goals your swimmer has. Our FM Expert will then take you on a guided tour of the FM program, learning about the tools and services that our consultants use during our private session program.
Your swimmer will demonstrate their baseline capabilities and be evaluated by one of the best consultants in the industry. Your swimmer will then learn how to solidify the core and maintain stability, increase propulsion, and utilize energy more efficiently in the water.
Your consultant will follow up with you after the in-water portion of your trial is complete. You will receive a video analysis of the evaluation and sample session, which will help determine the private session package that meets your swimmers needs.
