    John, Thank you so much. Again she really both enjoyed it and equally important took a lot of technical points away from camp. Last night on the way to practice I said what are you going to practice that you learned at Fluid Mechanics. I’ve never heard her talk with so much enthusiasm as well as explaining to me. This is what I must do better for the breast. ( explained in detail ) this is what they said to do for the back stroke ( again explained like she was coaching me. ) I said great then do that , remember that and consciously think about doing these things in practice so come race day you do them without thinking about it… you will eventually do them properly when your just thinking about going fast. ….
    Great job how you got that much info in her in such a short time..
